My rithmic feed was interrupted today on 1 of my machines. The interruption happened twice, and only occurred in a single commodity. My other machine recorded everything in real time. The data itself was disconnected. There was no freeze. Just missing data. Who should I take this up with? Was this an issue with Sierra, my broker, or (unlikely) my data provider? I don't see how this relates to my clearing house, so I guess I am just bewildered as to why my data field would cut out twice, and whether this is due to my broker or sierra. |
