How do I backup my chartbook?

Trying to backup my chartbook and Global Settings because the last backup was too long ago. I need a more recent backup.

I've searched the support board and so far have only been able to find how to open backed up chartbooks, not save them.

The backups are created automatically. There is nothing you need to do. If you want to make another backup just simply copy the Chartbook files and save them wherever you want.
