Problem with Barchart's data

Dear Support, When trying to open historical charts for any markets, I receive the following error message on the chart: Download Failed Error downloading historical Daily data for XY. ERROR: Blank response from Barchart This message appears for all markets. I'm subscribed to many exchanges realtime data through Barchart and Denali. No matter what exchange (or datafeed) I try to display a historical for, the same error message pops up mentioning Barchart The same happens when trying without realtime access as well - the exact same error message appears. I'm using v2113 and 2115. Can you please advise? thank you. |
