you stated that there should be multiple accounts listed in a trading dom for the chart as I seek to use your service for two different accounts. You told me to contact my broker to show me how to be able to list two accounts on one dom. My broker has no idea what you are talking about or he can't answer the question on how to achieve two accounts in the drop down. How can we get two accounts your help section does not tell us. You move back and forth between simulated accounts confusing the matter. Reconnecting doesn't do anything. Neither does putting them into separate folders. What gives? I have two separate accounts from two separate people that needs to be connected to Sierra. |

Are those two accounts on the same CQG username? Do you want to trade two different accounts from the same installation of Sierra Chart?

As to cqg I thinks so but they both have different sign ins. and yes I want to trade two different account from the same installation. I tried two different installations giving each their own folder but it gave me two of either one but not two separate ones
