Rithmic login issues.

Hello,
I've been unable to log in to Sierra Charts since yesterday. Every time I try to log in, a pop up appears saying "Connection error message from service: Rithmic Trading | logon error received from server | Date-Time 2020-06-01 17:24:53.
I contacted my broker and the Support Desk says that it doesn't seem to be an issue directly with Rithmic (my data feed provider, so I need your help in fixing this issue.
Also,please check why every time I try to place a stop order, the software automatically turns it into a market order and enters my order at the market price.
