I have SC on one computer using the Denali data feed. On a separate computer I'm running the Rithmic trading platform, the quotes are anywhere from 3 to 10 points off, also the Rithmic numbers are moving much faster than SC. Everything was fine last week, but made the Data trade service settings switch this A.M. Is that the problem ?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges, and instead delayed data, is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

Followed your instructions, but that's what I did this A.M. Quotes still way off and slow. Need phone support please. Like I said worked fine last week.

Called broker, their Rithmic quotes for ESM match right up with E-Signal. SC off by 2-3 points

The first step is you need to be able to connect Sierra Chart to your Rithmic account. You need the necessary files for this. Refer to:
Rithmic Bridge Files and Updated TLS Certificate Files Needed for June 1, 2020 and Onward

Let us know when you are able to connect to Rithmic. Yes we can do telephone support but there is an extra cost for this and we are overwhelmingly busy today.
