Access to v1310 and scwbf spreadsheets

Have you locked out v1310? (I keep an old installation of it.) I need to access an old system for a former client. The .scwbf that is associated with a chart converts to .scss but a separate referenced .scwbf file does not convert because it is not associated with a chart via a spreadsheet study. And it's not possible for me to access it because I can't log into v1310. Please advise. |

Yes it has been "locked out" in a sense but you should still be able to start version 1310 and open a spreadsheet. It has been a long time since we have used that version. Are you just not even able to log into it?

When I attempt to log into v1310, I get this message: 'Invalid Account Name or Password. Make sure these are correctly entered.' To confirm I haven't fat-fingered it, I copy/paste it from a document. This works on the latest versions, but not on v1310. |
