Hello, I'm a Denali customer and I am unable to place live trades at the moment. I'm getting a rejection message stating that "Exceeds credit limits", however, I have a positive balance in my Sierra account. Please advise. |

This has nothing to do with the amount of money in your Sierra Chart account. It is how much money is in your brokerage account. Therefore, you need to check with your broker as to why this is occurring.
