Charting troubles

I have a few minor issues with charting. First, the attached chart of NQM20 goes only up to May 8 and I am unable to change that under settings as shown in the attached png. However, I get the real time feed for NQM20 in the 1 minute or 1 hour chart, for example. I am able to chart ESM20 on 1m, 1 hour, daily, or weekly without any issues. Also, I don't get the real time feed for stocks like MSFT during trading hours. I have attached msft.png which shows my data feed settings. The same data feed settings work perfectly for ES futures. |
