Use child orders to add to a position

Is there any way, using both stop and limit borders, to add to a parent position using child orders? The moment the parent order is filled, new stop or limit orders are placed which will increase the position size if filled. Essentially, the opposite of an OCO group with target stop loss and limit orders, which reduce the position size)
