Problem with datafeed rhitmic and sierrachart

Hey guys I have problems today with your sierrachart & rhitmic data feed. My connection is good and green and then i see a error message: download failed error downloading historical intraday data for xxx. historical data request rejected because the is currently another historical data request active. So then after some minutes it goes away but i saw some gaps in the charts… then i make reload again and its ok... i am now not sure is the data clean or not... can you please explain me whats happening? |
