I have already addressed this issue with OEC. I was told that it is most likely a (Sierra side) issue, and that everything checks out fine with them. (OEC) -I have attempted multiple reboots -this may be related to my other issue, the details of which are documented in my previous post. |

A prompt screen, as shown in the attachment in my last post, keeps appearing at startup. If you read my previous post, the problem is clearly described. -Another possibly related issue is described in my first post. |

That is just an informational message that every OEC user sees. Enable the option Do Not Show This Again and close that window. What our concern is, is whether there is some other problem.
