No prices on Web order entry panel

I checked your order entry panel on the account page. I found that this panel does not display any prices. All prices are returned as zero. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate. This shows that I could login to server 2 but got no price information. Could you please check whether my account has been correctly permissioned?
