DOM Flashing in and out of current price range

Hi, Have latest version of SC running. For no apparent reason my ES DOM has suddenly started alternating between displaying where the current price is (Normal) and a price that is 30+ points lower. It does this every 2 seconds making it impossible to place or manage a trade. I have exited and reentered SC several times but with no change. Can you please assist? Thank you

This is now resolved. It was a problem with the data feed with an out of date price on the ask side at the top of the market depth array. We are looking into why this has happened and implementing a solution.
