I just got a message that the email rate was exceeded?

What is the email cap and how do I increase it? There are a few issues with this mostly. During the flip of the chart, there are many alerts that fire. These alerts aren't actually alerts, the recipe for the alerts aren't met, it's a glitch in your software so every time a chart flips I get maybe 30 alerts that are garbage. I have a 30 minute, a 60 minute and a 4 hour chart and every flip produces 15-40 alerts that are no good from what I call "flip glitch." Why is the customer responsible for the bad alerts sent?

How do I increase the my rate limit? If I am to be charged for the flip glitch alerts or at least my email rate is dinged from those, how can I increase this? Every alert is important (except those that are false that send during chart flips of course.)

when alert is triggered Charts can run external application. Does it pass any arguments based on which alert has fired, if it does not, how can we retrieve information about which alert has been triggered? Is there a better way to integrate with Charts to run our custom software in response to alert?

I currently have my own SMS system for various other things in my business. Can I use that instead? Basically, every alert I'm firing is important and I don't want a limit. How can get it so that there's no limit?

Then, is this limit per instance or per account? My plan is to have 100 plus stock Tickers firing alerts constantly. Then of course forex firing as well. 200 limit will be hit in no time...500 even sooner.

I bet there's a great solution here I can use that I just am unaware of. Prethanks for letting me know!!
