Yesterday I was getting a message that I was running out of disk space. This morning I shut down my computer and rebooted and now Sierra Chart connects but does not update charts. No live data is flowing. I would appreciate your support thank you!

I just found out that the symbols have changed. My charts have been working correctly for a month with ESM20_FUT_CME and now that symbol for live data is ESM20. I have not made any changes to my data feed I should still be on Denali. Do you know what happened?

I have also found that my time zone settings have changed and when I tried to switch back to Chicago time it says the config file size is much smaller than the expected and it might be corrupt.

Start with the information here to clean up any old Symbols: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency Then make sure you follow the link in Step #7 that takes you to Deleting Chart Data Files.
