Last week I tried to pull up a symbol that didn't exist on one of my charts (accidentally). Ever since Sierra Chart has been crashing when I open it or taking way too long to load (1000's of times longer). It typically loaded all my charts in a matter of seconds, now it takes more than 20 minutes. I have switched a backed up version of my charts and am still experiencing the same thing. Can I please organize a remote support session to help me figure out what is going on? Thank you |
