I just received a memo that I needed to make another payment or my service would be interupted in 3 days. But I just paid for a full year last month, so I don't know what's going on

We see that you added the funds, so your account will renew on May 16, 2020. Our guess is that the email you received was just the reminder that it will be renewed, as we send that out to make sure that you are aware. If it was an email stating that you did not have enough funds, but you did have the amount in your account, then we can only guess that it was a timing issue in terms of when the email was generated versus when you deposited the funds.
