I just downloaded SC again put in my credentials and still no data connection to Rithmic

We apologize for the delay. We have been no longer providing the Rithmic bridge program in the installer because of: Regarding Rithmic (Our Final Post on this Subject) But we have added it back for now. Install Sierra Chart again with Help >> Download Current Version and on the installer window enable Install Optional Components. You then should get the Rithmic bridge program and can connect.
