Cannot get Sierra Charts to complete login after all valid info put in

My Sierra Charts login is:


Have selected Rithmic 01 US data feed with my amp login credentials as required. I can connect to Rithmic using amp futures and have signed of on all agreements and CME bundles.


I have installed the latest version several times but get the same error to select "install optional files" which I have selected as well.

We apologize for the delay. We have been no longer providing the Rithmic bridge program in the installer because of:
Regarding Rithmic (Our Final Post on this Subject)

But we have added it back for now. Install Sierra Chart again with Help >> Download Current Version and on the installer window enable Install Optional Components. You then should get the Rithmic bridge program and can connect. If you have further connection issues contact your broker.
