Stop order does not work

Hello, I tried to paper trade during off-market hours (from 7:00 in the morning). I bought a stock (at about 7:15), but stop order did not work then. Also when I clicked "Flatten" button it did not close the position (tried few times). However I could close the position by "Sell Ask" button. Does it mean that market stop orders do not work in off-market sessions? Or do I have incorrect settings somewhere in the program? In Interactive Brokers I have this option enabled: - Allow order to be activated, triggered, or filled outside of regular trading hours (if available) In Sierra Chart I have this option enabled: - Allow order to fill outside regular trading hours Let me know please how to enable stop orders to work in post/pre-market session?
