Good day SC Support, Please see file of screenshot attached showing 4 erroneous tails in SPY 30m charts. This is a comparison of barchart.com and SC Data Feed. Currently session times in SC is set to 9:30 to 15:59:59. I have also tried Edit->Delete All Data and Download. Please assist. Thank you. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=15891289324.png |

We have contacted our data provider about this. And we will cleanup these out of range values which are not really errors. But they should not be included in the charts. This will be done after the close today. And then after that you will need to re-download the data.
