False open order - how to close it

Hi, I trade with CTS. In the Open and Position window, there is an open order.... but this order was close (tp filled) few days ago when my computer was off. Regardind cts, i have no open active order, but sierra chart still consider this trade open. What can I do to clean my "Orders and POsitions" windows ? Thanks for you future help. |

This is going to be improved upon with CTS T4 FIX. For now select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed. Normally you should just need to go to Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service. We assume you are referring to an actual open order on the Trade >> Trade Orders and Position >>Orders tab. No, I refer to the "Orders and Positions "windows >> "Trade Stats for Charts" tab. I did what you told me, but the order is still open in the Trade Stats for Charts. What else can i do ? Any idea ? Thanks |
