My data feed connection is randomly disconnecting and reconnecting and I am not sure what is causing the issue. I receive the following in the message log. DTC Client socket (3) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2020-05-07 09:33:21.711 * DTC Client socket (3) | Socket receive error. Windows error code 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. | 2020-05-07 09:33:21.711 Could you please advise as to what the issue may be and how it can be resolved? |

Is there a way to retrieve that log or must I wait for the issue to occur again and then contact you with the new log?
