Trading SIM keeps re-enabling

Have AMP w/ Denali Feed + CME data, everything seems to be setup fine. When I go to place a trade, it shows my account number in the box below P&L but when I hit buy/sell it switches back to SIM. When I disable SIM, my account shows back up but the process repeats itself. What should my Data/Trade service be set to? Currently just sitting on SC Data - All Services (which I believe may be the issue?) |

Looks like the issue is amp was telling me to use SC all services when instead I should have been using SC Futures Order Routing/Data
