SC realtime data subscription issue

I subscribed over the weekend to SC data and followed the steps referenced in the acceptance email (unchecked "allow support for SC data feeds", "full symbol reset" and "update from server" and finally platform restart), however I still don't see the "M" in the chart title bars. I'm with AMP and TT data. Please advise.

You need to check "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". Refer to steps 12 and 13 here:

We see how the image shows the option unchecked. We will generate a new image with it checked.
