the denali data feed is delayed by 10 minutes. I have uninstalled my kapersky total support software following you support feed. I have rebooted multiple times without success solving the delayed data issues. What next? |

We see that you have signed the agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but they are still in a process of being approved. That should be done soon. Once it is taken care of, then let AMP know that it is done and they can finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you. You can see the status of the agreements by clicking on the following link and scrolling to the bottom of the page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements In the meantime, you are receiving the Delayed Streaming Data, which is part of our packages.
