We are not understanding which exchange you want to subscribe to instead of the Full CME Group with Market Depth. You can also deactivate and activate the exchanges yourself from this page (or look at their names and give us the exact name you need): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed The costs for the Exchange Fees are not refundable. We have this setup now. You have the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" through the rest of this month (May) for 2 connections and then starting next month (June) it will just be the "CME with Market Depth" for 2 connections which will cost $20.80 for the Exchange Fees (the Denali Exchange Data Feed stays the same at $25.00). We credited your account for the extra $31.20 since it was our mistake in the way that this got setup. You can have the Sierra Chart software running on up to 3 computers at the same time. There is an additional fee of $12.00 USD per connection above 2. It's just the opposite process. Go to the following page, and select the pulldown under Number of Systems (Computers) and select the option for 1 System(s). https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Note that since it is already October 1, you will have already paid for the 2 systems for this month. You can go ahead and make the change at any time, but you will continue to have available the data to 2 systems through the rest of October. We do not have a way to remove all users from the systems. It is up to you to manually exit from each computer on which Sierra Chart is running and connected using the same account.
