Volume Normalized by Elapsed Time in an Interval

I'd like an indicator that would do the following:

Let's assume a 5 minute interval:

-Between 6:00 AM and 6:05 AM 10,000 contracts are traded, or 33 contracts per second (using 300 seconds given a five-minute interval.)

-Suppose at the start of the new interval, between 6:05:01 and 6:05:05, 200 contracts are traded.

I'd like the volume bar show projected volume based on that rate.

In this example over five seconds, we would have 40 contracts per second, or 12,000 over the course of 300 second/five-minute interval.

If the volume bar were set to refresh every five seconds it would jump to 12,000 contracts and continue to adjust as the contracts per second rate continuously updated.

Does something like that exist or could someone guide me how I might be able to create it?

Thank you,

Greg
