No connection to Rithmic

Yesterday it worked fine. Today no connection to rithmic. It connects and then disconnects immediately.
Please advise.

Same here, disconnects, reconnects and fails. It was also requesting large amounts of historical data causing Rithmic to lock my account after a warning sent from Rithmic via email.

I was informed that CME made some changes so you can't be logged into more than 1 account at a time.
So if you have both Rithmic app and Sierra open close the all and Sierra will then connect properly. Mine did. Good luck.
