I had a 8 tick loss on micro ES this morning due to not realizing that my data was 10 minutes delayed. What is causing the Denali feed to be 10 minutes delayed?

Today is the first of a new month and so it was time to renew the Data Feed. Your account did not have enough funds in it to cover the costs, so the data feed has been disabled. You need to add funds to your account, which you can do here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit And then you can re-enable the data feed, which can easily be done from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices Note that your Sierra Chart Usage is also set to renew on May 2, so you will want to look at adding enough credit to cover both costs.
