Hi,
I recently started with Sierra and I'm using a Chartbook for the ES symbol, June contract, identical to the one used by the online trading group I belong to. I noticed that my charts are not the same as the ones used by the rest of the members by not having the same price action at any given time so it appears that mine are not in real time.
Sierra Charts appears to be connected by showing me the green box in the left upper corner and having the price action moving by the tick.
So please advise how I can check if I'm receiving real time data and if not how can I change that so I'm getting all the data in real time.

Thanks,

Claudius

We can tell that you are receiving delayed data now. AMP did not complete the setup of the data feed for you. Could you complete the market data agreements here:

Let us know when that is done.

As per your request I have just updated the Uniform Market Data Subscriber Agreement with the missing information and submitted it again. Please let me know when it's all up and running in real time. Thank you!

You need to fill out the Uniform Data Subscriber Agreement again and be sure you enter "AMP" for the Clearing Firm and enter your AMP Account Number. You can put "N/A" for the Salesperson. You can access the agreement on this page:

We see the agreements have been accepted, so that is good now.

If you want to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed paid for through AMP, then you need to contact AMP and let them know that you have the agreements signed and you want them to add the Denali Exchange Data Feed to your account.

If you want to pay for the data feed directly to us, then you can let us know what exchanges you need to have enabled. You will find the list of exchanges here:
