S5 Bookmap will not connect to Rithmic and Sierra charts

Hi Guys, I received an error when logging into Sierra Charts and the S5 Bookmap platform this morning. I have always run them concurrently but this morning the S5 platform was giving me an error stating that it could not perform multiple logins (see screen shot). I received the below reply from Stage 5 Trading this morning: +++QUOTE+++ Hi Shaun, Starting May 1st, Rithmic will report all concurrent logins to the CME and will be charged per session. In order to continue having multiple concurrent sessions, you’ll need to download R|Trader Pro and enable the plug in to continue to use 3rd party software as a single session. FYI, as of right now, SierraChart has not enabled this feature, thus if you want to run SierraChart alongside R|Trader, Bookmap, Jigsaw etc… then you must pay for 2 concurrent logins starting May 1st (doubling up the data exchange fees). Hello, I have been struggling with connecting sierra chart to rithmic trader pro. My bookmap works fine with rithmic trader pro until i open sierra chart. once i open sierra chart they both stop functioning. I have allow plug in ON, market data is ON, orders is ON, selective load is ON. My username ID and password have been verified on bookmap, sierra, and r trader and they are all the same. What is wrong? Please assist. Why are all three not working simultaneously? |

The connectivity that is used between Rithmic and Sierra Chart was developed by Rithmic. It is separate from their R Trader software. You would need to ask Rithmic about this.
