Hello, Someone shared their chartbook with me. Most of the charts pull up fine, but I can't make changes and noticed this message. LICERR:CTL_USERKEY_FAILED What exactly does that message mean? What do I need to do to clear that message? Thanks in advance. |

That is a message from a custom study and we do not know the meaning of it. Just remove the study that is causing it. The name of the study should be displayed to the left of it, hopefully. The custom study can use a function which would not display the chart and study name that it is on, in the message.
