Cannot get connection with my allowed 2 Systems

My account allows for 2 Systems. I use one on each of two computers everyday for the past few years. Today for some reason I can only use one at a time, no matter which computer. Whenever I try to connect from/with the second computer, it cannot make a connection and it throws off the other which has already been connected. Will be submitting Message Log as per "Send for Analysis" instructions.

I'm not sure if you received the Message Log. There seems to be two ways/instructions to get it to you. Here below I'll paste what I copied from "Copy Log". My most recent unsuccessful attempt to connect from my other computer (which disconnected this one which was already connected from earlier) begins at 13:44:56.683

This is a restriction of the external service/exchange. We cannot help with it.

Are you willing to pay the exchange fees again on the second computer you want to use at the same time?

Please forgive my confusion concerning this whole issue. I guess the best way to express my quandary is to ask the following questions:

1.) Since I've always had a funded trading account linked to Sierra with "Rithmic Trading[trading] as my drop down "Service" entry on "Data/Trade Service Settings", I haven't been aware of being charged for the Exchange Fees, and if I have been charged, I don't recall where they were recorded as charged and/or the amount. As I said before, I've always used SC on my two computers. When you say "....to pay the exchange fees AGAIN", I don't quite understand. Is this something new which I should have known about? Where should I see the charges if I did pay for them in the past? Sometimes I am remiss in keeping up with things, unfortunately in my old age.

"Are you willing to pay the exchange fees AGAIN on the second computer you want to use at the same time?"

2.) Where would I go to "pay the exchange fees"? I always have gone right to my Control Panel/Account and simply paid a year in Advance for my SC charges. I always assumed the exchange fees, if any, were totally apart from SC charges, and that since I was linked to my Rithmic/broker trading account (who DO charge me a monthly fee through Dorman), that Exchange fees were, I guess, waived or greatly reduced and somehow incorporated into some other charge. Again, please forgive my cluelessness. Somewhat embarrassing, I must admit!

3.) How much would the exchange fees be now if I just want to get back to what I always have enjoyed with SC?

Hopefully these are my last questions:

I finally had a chance to quietly, calmly go back over some of my files. The monthly billing by Dorman that I referred to in the last reply includes an amount for "Rithmic CME Market Data Fee". Is that the amount/charge/fee to which you refer when you say I'd have to pay "AGAIN" if I wished to continue to run 2 SC Systems, each on a separate computer?

If so, would I need to work that through them (i.e. Rithmic/broker/Dorman)?

Does the Denali Feed information which I've now read on SC Support just further complicate this whole issue for two computers or is that not relative here as long as I'm willing to pony up the duplicate charge by Dorman for "Rithmic CME Mkt. Data Fee"?

Yes probably but you really have to ask your broker about this. We do not know for sure.

We do not think involving the Denali exchange data feed is going to help with this. The same CME rules will apply.

My last question about Denali feed wasn't to ask if it would "help", but rather would it "hinder". That is, let's say I talk to broker and tell them I'm willing to pay twice/double what they've been charging me monthly for CME Market Data Fees(i.e. duplicate it), will that guarantee that I'll be able to use 2 computers, each with its own SC installation just like I've been doing for these past many years. Or will what I read in your thread about Denali limiting to 1 computer at this time have any kind of excluding effect on my having that second computer working. Obviously I don't want to arrange for double charges by the broker but have some limitation from Sierra and Denali. Or is that Denali thread info that you published not applicable for this situation??
