hi - I've upgraded to v2092 a few days ago - since the upgrade I have Bar 1 (9:30 AM EST) of my ES chart plotting incorrectly. it is a chart with the no evening data . Note that bar1 plots the high and low of the day throughout the day. see chart attached. any ideas on how to solve this?? thanks! |

This is not a version specific issue. You are using CQG data. Follow the instructions here to re-download the data fully: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. The issue is probably due to a timestamp error. I have re-downloaded the data - no change. i notice that in another tab (without my studies) it is behaving correctly with the same data feed. found the problem! one study overlay was overlaying the 100 EMA daily chart on my 5min chart. this used to work fine before the upgrade. any ideas? |
