Hi Support Team,

I am in tbe process of changing my broker from Velocity to Stage 5 via the Open E Cry data service. I wanted to choose this package but it says it would not be connected. I assume as I do not pay any license fees for Sierra via this broker I would have to open up a direct account with you? Thank you for confirming.

Yes. This account does exist and it has usage time on it as well. Nearly 2 months. We see that you have not been using it for 15 days so we can extend it by 15 days. Just let us know.

Thank you that would be great. Is it also possible to transfer an additional balance from my brokerage account (I am writing this message with the log on details of my brokerage account) to my direct account so that I can purchase your new intraday data? Or would I have to raise this with a account support ticket?

We cannot transfer money from the brokerage account to your Additional Services Balance. We have other payment methods supported.

Hi

I will be using it with Stage 5 Trading Group (Open E Cry) .

On the matter of additional services balance. Can I be refunded and I would then fund my direct account. So that I can activate your new Sierra historical and intraday data?
