I keep getting this error message when trying to activate US Equities: Action Result: Error Activating 'U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS)' on account #1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the 'U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS)' exchange. Please help. |

The vendor of record Barchart has you as a Professional. Which means you cannot activate that particular exchange. Have you completed the NYSE Professional Subscriber Agreement (PDF) ?
