Missing futures (CME) contracts in SC feed symbol lists

Hello. I'm missing some contracts (6E, NQ) among some others in my symbol lists. I've tried manually requesting the symbol, i.e. changing ES-201403-GLOBEX to NQ-201403-GLOBEX and the chart loads, but the pricing is wrong (3605.3/5/8 instead of 3605.25/5/75). Also, there is no [M] after the symbol, so I assume the data is from IB not your servers? Not sure what problem is and why some symbols are missing in my list? Thanks

You need to reset the Symbol Settings following the steps under Full Reset of Symbol Settings here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After the symbols are reset and the list is repopulated, reopen the Charts through File >> Find Symbol. Which service do I select in the Global Symbol Settings (the current service says Interactive Brokers..do I need to change this to SC Exchange Data?)?

It should be set to Interactive Brokers. It is quite unusual to actually be missing symbols from File >> Find Symbol. For interactive brokers 6E=EUR. You should see NQ under Futures.
