I received the following notice from Sierra Chart randomly and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the data feed that I have just started with AMP. I would like to get the feed connected so that I can start using live data. Just wondering what the next steps are... Sierra Chart Account Name: XXXXXXXX Account Password Reset: https://www.sierrachart.com/PasswordReset.php Account Password Reset: https://www.sierrachart.com/PasswordReset.php Login Instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=LoginInstructions.php&CAID=amp If you changed your password, then you will need to use this new password on each copy of Sierra Chart you have installed on all of your computer systems. To view and modify the login information on the Login window, and to ensure verification of your account information, do the following: 1- If Sierra Chart is running, select 'File >> Exit'. 2- Start Sierra Chart. There should be an icon for Sierra Chart on your desktop. Yes it is related. AMP set you up with a different Sierra Chart account. Great thanks, not sure if this procedure is mentioned anywhere in the data connection support documents but might be helpful to other users in the future to receive an explanation of why they were getting the change password email from SC if that makes sense on your end.

Figured out the problem, they say I only selected top of book which, I guess I thought I was supposed to select both top and bottom so when I selected top it automatically unselected the depth of market
