Cannot connect to SC real-time futures data

Hello. I have carefully followed the set-up instructions to receive real-time data (my request has been accepted and I have activated it within my account page) but I'm getting data from my broker (IB) and not from your servers. I'm using a new installation of SC on a new machine. Do I need symbol mapping support?

I've got it now. Had to connect to my live IB account to activate...wasn't to clear this had to be done to initiate the feed in the notes...'connect once a month...', is mentioned but not live connection as an initial set-up requirement.

This is good. Indeed it is, not least in terms of value. For some reason I'm missing certain CME Futures symbols in my list, e.g. British Pound, Nasdaq e-mini. Not sure what I need to do to receive full CME list?
