Dear support, it tells me my current open trade position has average price of 0, open profit/loss as 0. Both in Account Balance window, and Trade Positions window. Yes this is true. The Average Price will be zero on the Trade Positions window. It is calculated only within a chart which is used for trading. There is a consolidated view of the Positions which includes the Average Price through the Trade Statistics for Charts: Trade Activity Log: Trade Statistics for Charts (Chart Stats) Tab Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you. The Chart Stats is a helpful work-around, though it is not the same as the account balances window. Is that a software issue/limitation? - Any estimates on resolving it? |
