OK, so I've been out of the game for a bit (about a year) due to making a major career and physical move. So, I'm a bit rusty on my SC skills. I had SC setup for alerts for buy/sell. When I would put in a sell order it would alert me when that stop was hit. But, now for some reason it gives the audible alert every time it gets to the point that the original order hit...even though that order was already executed and in fact a subsequent buy order to close has executed....so there are no orders on the book but every time it hits that level it alerts. Is there a centralized place to see all alerts and control them? I have checked each chart but I can't find anything that could be causing this. It does get quite annoying. Thanks, Randy |

Open the Alert Manager to see what is generating the alerts. Alert Manager can be opened from Window menu item or Ctrl+Alt+A. You can control order fill alerts in the Global Settings | General Trade Settings window. To configure general alerts, go to Global Settings | General Settings | Alerts/General 3 tab.

Thanks. I was looking for that Alerts Manager, just couldn't find it. Man, SC just has so many options which is what I love...I just need to get used to it again. I had it all down pat about a year ago...just lost most of it. :-) Well, good thing I'm doing SIM trading till I'm comfortable with it again. Thanks again, Randy |

No problem Randy. It is definitely packed with features and they keep adding more. Welcome back.
