Hi, I am trying to connect to seirra and i am having a problems. i am using a transact account and it i can log on with no problem and then the sierra chart open and i am having a problem "Connection error message from service :transact ws|accountlogon error -1(-1)" the user is ** and it is demo account. i am running the latets version of sierra 2086.
