I am trying to upgrade to the current version, 2074. I have tried many alternatives (restarted PC, cleared cache on browser, run the update process a number of times) but it still will not update. The log file shows the below. Installer version: 9 | 2020-04-15 10:06:27 What do I need to do? Thanx - john |

The current version is now 2083. So it looks as though the installer is running, but is there an error message once the installation completes?
