Cross hair move across x axis bar by bar

I am using a number of trades chart and currently when I move my cross hair across x axis it moves bar by bar. Is there a way to change this so that it moves with a step 1 sec/min. This way the movement will be more smooth.

What you are seeing is how the Cross Hairs work and there is not way to change this behavior.
