Dear support, I can trade CME products but getting a TT reject for ICE US cocoa and coffee futures: no exchange connection or matching type. Please fix it. Thankyou |

We are checking on this particular error, but this would be something the clearing firm would have to resolve most likely for your particular trading account.

We have heard from TT about this and they said the ICE exchange connection is not enabled on the AMP side. We have forwarded the details to AMP.

Ok we now have more information about this, AMP does not support trading ICE through TT (Trading Technologies). You will need to use CQG instead. Please have AMP change your account to use CQG.
