Eurex feed is not working properly

Hi, I am not seeing the orders properly from the Eurex feed anymore on the DOM nor the intraday chart. The numbers are not being updated instantaneously as they should. The price is blocked and not moving. Nothing in my account changed, it was working fine just a few minutes ago. I have tried restarting SierraChart application and making sure that everything with my account is still active. Please help me fix the problem. Thanks Ahsan |
