I have subscribed to the Real-Time Data Feed and I'm not getting mapping below. Please set the mapping for these symbols. Also, I want to know why I'm only getting one month of data on my daily charts? Is there something I need to do? Zb Zn NQ sb zc zmzszl cc ng ho dx gbp hg he lb I like the service, but right now I'm not confident with the data feed for symbols coming in and why some symbols come in and others don't. Please help. |

These are all set up. Please perform a "Full Reset" of the symbol settings according to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps After this you should not have a problem as long as you are using your Live Interactive Brokers account. Be sure to reconnect to the data feed according to the instructions for resetting the symbol settings. Also, you are not going to get ICE symbols from the Sierra Chart data feed unless you pay the ICE exchange fee.
