Cannot connect to demo CQG

I have a username and password for a CQG DEMO account. But when I want to configure the DTS, for "CQG Web Api" only the username and password fields are shown. I cannot select the Server, if it is a demo or real account.
The problem is that it does not connect, the server returns the message that the username or password is incorrect. But I am copying and pasting directly from the email that CQG sent me
